Free sample? now they say there is no free tea, only free feriod!
Don't order from this company, as they have good marketing, however once you give your credit card they charge you whenever they want and how much they want. They promise free sample, but this is to get your comittment (in small letters and in words, not numbers) so you don't pay atttention. There is no free sample like you think , you get monthly supply right away and you pay for everything. So it is a comittment for 60 bags - 1 package every month, be careful, there are no free gifts from this company, watch your credti card for the charges

Made unauthorized charges to my credit card
After ordering the tea and tasting one portion I returned it for a refund. I did receive a refund, but a month later my account was charged $14.95. When I called my bank they informed me that this was a recurring charge which could not be blocked because I had willingly given them my credit card information. It is next to impossible to reach them by phone but I will keep trying. I was *** to believe the hype and now I am literally paying for it. Don't be fooled. Don't purchase this tea.......it's a sleazy operation.

Wu-yi tea
Total scam never order and please help me get my money back as I am still trying to cancel the order and no luck as the packets keep coming and my credit card is still being charged. I will not even bother to try the rest as I was feeling bad not trying for more months. Now that the credit card is charged without my authority. I would like this to stop at once or I will have to take legal action. Can we all do that for such scams? If any one is taking legal action please do let me know.

They scamed me over $60.00
This company is a scam my wife ordered tea that was suppose to be free. They said just pay the shipping of a few dollars they kept on charging our card over and over after we cancelled with them. We called them to tell them that we canceled before the 14 days were over they denied that until I threatened to file an affidavit of fraud with the bank on them if I don't get my refund I still lost money from the overdraft fees they caused me. Do not order from them you can buy same tea from a health store at a fraction of what they charge.

Unauthorized withdraw
I ordered this tea product from Wu-Yi Source.com. I did the 14 day free trial and cancelled my membership because it made me so sick. I returned it within the allotted time I was given but they with drew the money from my account anyways. I contacted them and they saud that they were refunding me the $59.95 that they removed from my account, but in taking the money without my permission they overdrew my account. Well I guess that I am going to have to file a major complaint and let my bank know that this company took the money without authorization so the bank can file charges against them. This company is a scam. If I could make any suggestion- STAY AWAY!

I am not only pissed, I am extremely disappointed in the news media!
I can't believe Oprah and Rachel Ray has endorsed Wu-YiSource Tea! I purchased the trial. When I opened it and read the booklet that came with it, it states that it only works if you follow the 1200 calorie a day diet they recommend and you also have to follow the exercise program that they lay out for you. Think about that for a minute - if you follow the 1200 calorie diet and exercise for one hour every day, do you really need the tea? The answer to that is NO. This is not what the website promises.

Wu-Yi Tea does NOT help lose weight!
For those of you who are wondering...Wu-Yi tea, which is Oolong tea, does NOT help in losing weight! Weight is considered stored fat and there is nothing in tea that will help burn off stored fat! If you have nothing better to do than run back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea, then drink it...the only thing it is going to do is cause dehydration, loose bowels and intestinal cramps. The company is really going to be pissed now that I've outed them and their product. Wu-Yi tea is OOLONG TEA! You can get it at GNC for $3.95 a box or even cheaper. Don't pay for a scam...running to the bathroom every 10 minutes does not equal weight loss!

Livelifelean deducted 19.95 from my bank, ididnt buy anything, cancelled wiyu
I never had any products from livelifelean and the got into my bank acccount thru wiyu. This is very scary that a company can access my acount when I hadnt purchased anything from them. WiYu credited some tea that I sent back. I've neverr had a problem like this ever. I'm calling wiyu or the 800 # on the bill. I dont need livvelifelean, I'm actually too thin for my heighth, and am trying to put weight on. Just finished a big bowl of pasta, corn, and a hamburger. I'm so glad I went on line to see I'm not alone on this.

Wu-Yi Scam
Do not use this company. I have cancelled 3 times via email (as they request) and they are still charging me 3 months later. I actually cancel 4 days after the original purchase. The best is now i am being charged and they aren't even shipping me the product! I will be reporting them to the BBB! Do not use this Company!! They are basically just stealing from the consumer. Someone should stop this. I really don't know who to contact at this point. Now i have to cancel my card. P.S the tea doesn't even work

False claim
All the advice contained within the Wu-Yi Tea pamphlets is the same, time-tested sensible way to lose weight advocated by docters, and other experts, etc., I have lost weight this way in the past more than once, without drinking any tea. The label claims that the tea has "natural apple flavor" which is completely undetectable. By the way, I didn't find the taste very appealing but that is beside the point. Honestly, with all the toxic horror stories about products coming from China, I am wondering what this tea has been sprayed with. How can these people seriously claim their tea has any weight loss benefit? Any thoughts, ideas or comments appreciated-- I just got off the phone with one of their reps, and she promised me a full refund. Hmmmm. Let's see what happens.
