Wu Yi Source - Did not cancel my order per my request, frm march 2008
I CONTACTED THE PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEB PAGE FOR CANCELLATION, FOLLOWED THEIR DIRECTIONS IN MARCH 2008 AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT.They also kept sending me boxes of tea for 2 months after my cancellation, the tea stopped arriving in april and they doubled the order of delivery before it stopped coming.
I have tried to call and send a e-mail to no avail.So i am requesting my bank to stop all and any payments to this company.
I will never recommend them to anyone.Hope that anyone reading this will think twice before erdering.
