I ordered wu yi tea, 1/25/08. was mis-shipped twice, cancelled all order, thru online support by 2/25/08.

(could never get customer serv agent at toll free number).Then got charged $19.95 for living lean, which i never created password account to accept, as indicated. eMailed both wu yi source, and living lean, to get refund. wu yi said would refund in 7 - 10 days. 2 mos later no refund.

re eMailed both. living lean said had to call toll free number.

was call 22, waited 1hr 20 min to become call 9, then hold music stopped, no sound. no refund as of 4/3/08.
