I, too, tried cancelling the WUYI
Tea three times but was still charged for tea I didn't receive and the living lean coaching deal that I had been led to believe was free.
I called Chase CC customer disputes and explained. They're helping by crediting my account and investigating them.
I "live chatted" with WuYiTea online and threatened to contact CO Attorney General if my card was charged again.
I called Chase, again, to apprise them of my call results with WuYiTea. Chase informed me they would receive a FINE after all this cancelling by me and Chase! WE'LL SEE!!!!
